Edmonton Folk Music Festival

The Edmonton Folk Music Festival returns to Gallagher Park from August 7 to 10, 2025, offering four days of exceptional folk music performances in a scenic outdoor setting. Set against the backdrop of Edmonton's skyline, the festival features an eclectic lineup of artists from around the world. Attendees can relax on the grassy slopes of Gallagher Hill, savor a variety of international cuisines from numerous food vendors, and explore artisan markets showcasing unique crafts.

The festival is family-friendly, with children aged eleven and under admitted free of charge. Tickets go on sale in June, with the full artist lineup announced in May. Folk fan or not, it’s an unforgettable summer experience filled with music, community, and the best vibes in town.​
